
Boot Camps
• Indoor bootcamps for all fitness levels!
• 50-minute work-outs, morning & evening sessions available
• Only $5 per session
• Instructed by a certified personal trainer
• Morning Classes:
- Monday, Wednesday Friday: 5:30-6:20am & 9:30-10:20am
• Evening Class:
- Tuesday, Thursday: 5:50 -6:40pm
- Saturday Mornings: 8:15am
• Child care available upon request for 9:30am and evening classes
- $2 for first child and $1 for each additional child
• In addition to their boot camps, Oneway Sports also provides services such as speed and agility training,
football prep, base running, and hitting lessons
