CLASS FORMAT:
TEENS/ADULTS CLASS:
Realistic self-defenses oriented training. Physical training. Not just classroom work. Teen LEADERSHIP skills. Making good sound decisions.
KID'S CLASS:
Self-defense. Physical training to strengthen the body. Social skills. Get along & work & help others. Leading & following skills to succeed in anything they do.
KINDER KENPO CLASS:
Ages 3-4-5 years old. The "Preschool. Kindergarten" of Karate.Teach good listening & following instruction skills. Manners, respect & etiquette.
FAMILY CLASS:
Train with & during the same class time with Family members regardless of age or rank experience level. One of very few martial arts schools that do this type of class. "In FAMILY there is Strength" The Most important value in life is FAMILY!
CLASS SCHEDULE:
Daily. Monday - Friday 4:30pm-7:30pm. Please see detailed schedule on brochure.
BELT PROMOTIONS ADVANCEMENT:
Testing & promotions up to 4 times per year depending on color of belt. Must qualify & meet prerequisite for advancement.
